College Objectives
The NDDU College of Nursing aims to produce graduates who are totally developed, service-oriented Filipino nurses who have:
1. Possessed the caring behaviors of compassion, competence and commitment;
2. Proficiency in communication skills;
3. Developed critical and creative thinking through research and evidence-based practices;
4. The ability to provide ethical leadership through awareness and understanding of the society, values, as well as their legal, ethico-moral and social responsibilities and accountabilities;
5. Acquired competency in Skills, Knowledge and Attitude for the promotion of health, prevention of illness, restoration of health and alleviation of sufferings in all health care setting to various clients in all levels of growth and development in the local, national and global communities; and
6. Imbibed in their lives the Christian ideals of St. Marcellin Champagnat and Mother Mary.
