The Bro. Paul Meuten Library is located at the second and third floors of Bro. Leonard Sonza Building parallel to the National Highway. It has a floor area of approximately 2,217 square meters. The first floor houses the office of the Director of Libraries, Internet Room, Technical Section, the Circulation and Reserve Sections, General Reference Collection, General Collection, Fiction, and Biography. The second floor houses the GraduateSchool and Faculty Library, Periodical Section, Filipiniana Section, the 1989 and below collection, NSO Publications and other special collections of the library.

The library is open for service from 7:45 A.M. to 7:30 P.M. from Monday to Friday and 7:45 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Saturdays.

The library is headed by the Director of Libraries assisted by six (6) licensed librarians, two (2) para-professionals, one (1) Technical staff and two (2) Educational Technology Staffs. Forty-eight (48) student assistants also assist in the library operations.

The collection consists of books and periodicals (both print and non-print), CD-ROMs, microfiches and vertical file materials. The library has an approximate collection of 46,348 titles, and 72,230 volumes. It currently subscribes to local and foreign printed periodicals and makes available electronic journals and databases such as ProQuest 5000 Special Collection and Ebrary Academic Library Complete database. These materials are supplemented by access to the Internet.

In response to technological development and improve its services, the library has automated its operations using Follett Software.
