Paul Meuten Library is a service agency of Notre Dame of Dadiangas University supporting instruction, research, general reading interests of its clientele by efficient service, access to up-to-date information, productive technology for management and its operations, and use of library resources, according to professional standards, specific objectives and programs.

As a service agency supporting instruction, the Bro. Paul Meuten Library aims to provide relevant, up-to-date, and balance collection, efficient services and adequate facilities to meet the information and instructional needs of its clientele.

As a service agency supporting research, the Bro. Paul Meuten Library aims to provide resources, services and facilities that promote research culture in the university.

As a service agency promoting love for books and reading for lifelong learning, it aims to provide services and resources for the general reading interests of its clientele.
