๐๐„๐–๐’ | ๐๐ƒ๐ƒ๐”, ๐‚๐‡๐‘-๐—๐ˆ๐ˆ ๐‹๐š๐ฎ๐ง๐œ๐ก ๐‚๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐‡๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ง ๐‘๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ๐ฌ ๐„๐๐ฎ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐งNotre Dame of Dadiangas University (NDDU) partnered with the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) Region XII to launch the Center for Human Rights Education (CHRE) earlier this morning, August 12, 2026, at the HRM Laboratory of NDDUโ€™s Main Campus, with the two institutions sealing the partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to strengthen human rights advocacy and education in the academic community.

Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Jose C. Dagoc Jr. opened the program with the welcome message, followed by Vice President for Administration Dr. Jovir C. Ignacio with the message of acceptance ahead of the MOA signing.

University President Br. Manuel V. de Leon, FMS, and CHR-XII Regional Director Atty. Keysie M. Gomez delivered the commitment message following the MOA signing and the turnover of the CHRE marker, with CHR-XII Focal on Jail Visitation Atty. Reuben P. Escarlan formally closing the program.
