Notre Dame of Dadiangas University (NDDU) has made history as the first educational institution in General Santos City to be recommended for the ISO 21001: 2018 certification by TUV NORD. Following a successful Stage 2 audit conducted on July 15-16, 2024. NDDU was recognized for meeting the stringent requirements of the Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) standard.
The recommendation highlights the university’s commitment to delivering high quality education and continuously improving its management processes.
The journey toward this achievement was a collaborative effort led by NDDUs Quality Assurance Office, along with dedicated faculty. staff, and administrators. The university underwent months of preparation, including internal audits, process enhancements, and comprehensive documentation to align its educational services with international standards. The teamwork and relentless pursuit of excellence by all involved ensured that NDDU met the rigorous benchmarks set by ISO 21001:2018.
Being recommended for the ISO 21001:2018 certification not only distinguishes NDDU as a leader in educational quality management but also reinforces its mission of delivering world-class Marist education. The certification will further enhance NDDUs reputation as a top-tier institution in the region, solidifying its role as a pioneer in adopting global best practices in educational administration and service delivery.
