๐๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ต๐ฐ๐ด ๐๐ช๐ต๐บ โ Nursing students from Notre Dame of Dadiangas University depart today to participate in an International Mobility Program at ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐, ๐ง๐ต๐ฎ๐ถ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ, from ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ญ๐ณ to ๐๐ฒ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ด, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ.
The program provides students with international academic and clinical exposure through structured learning sessions, observational clinical experiences, and collaborative activities with Thai nursing students and faculty. Participants include Detlef Xian Macaculop, Jevin Andrew Suobiron, Jasper Alviola, Christian Cunanan, Sofia Andrea Bolton, Florence Marie Tabobo, Kiara Malana, Jenaida Usop, and Jam Bagani.
The mobility program is supervised by clinical instructors Marilou M. Villegas, RN, MAN; Joel R. Peรฑaflorida, RN, MAN; Reca Rose E. Tuban, RN, MAN; and Jenny Beth E. Lapaz, RN, MAN, ensuring strong academic and professional guidance throughout the international engagement.
Beyond clinical learning, the program emphasizes cultural immersion and intercultural collaboration, enabling students to develop cultural sensitivity, adaptability, and a broader understanding of global healthcare practices.
The initiative supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), by strengthening nursing education through international collaboration and preparing students to become globally competent healthcare professionals.
