Lodar Dagoy-Escobillo, R.N., a BSN (1991) and M.A.N. (2007) alumna of Notre Dame of Dadiangas University assumes governorship of the Philippine Nurses Association (PNA) in Region 12 for a two-year term which commences in December 2011 and ends in December 2013.
Engr. Elmer F. Gatdula, P.E. is a registered civil engineer in the Philippines and licensed professional engineer (structural) in Maryland, U.S.A. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), National Society of Professional Engineers (NSOE) and Maryland Society of Professional Engineers (MDSPE).
What does it take to be someone with outstanding accomplishments in life? In due recognition of NDDU Alumnus/Alumna who has given honor and prestige to the ideals of Notre Dame, the university grants the award of "Outstanding Alumni" to its deserving graduates.
When did I start my journey as a lay missionary? My high school years in Notre Dame of Dadiangas University were quite decisive. It was when I decided for myself: "I will not consider any other life style until it is confirmed. I do not have a calling to consecrate myself to God and work for the Church."
